At last the crop is in. The potatoes, corn and onions did well, now the tomatoes, peppers and eggplant are coming in daily, these were made into a chile sauce, turn out ok. I had to cook it for four hours, never knew it would take that long.Today, I used the chile sauce on a hamburger, it was good! I quess the cooking time was not that bad after all.
